Do I need to pay anything monthly?
No. The kit is a once-off purchase and works on its own. Remote support — where we monitor your system, adjust alerts and troubleshoot for you — is an optional monthly add-on you can take or leave at any time.
What if I don't have WiFi at my tank?
The kit needs WiFi at the water point. If you're within reasonable distance of Magaliesburg, we can quote to get connectivity to the spot. Further afield, we'll advise what to ask your local installer for.
How hard is the DIY installation, honestly?
The kit arrives configured: your account exists, the sensor is calibrated, and alerts are pre-set. Your job is to mount the unit on the tank and connect it to your WiFi with the step sheet we include. Most customers are live within an hour. If you get stuck, phone us — a real person answers, in English or Afrikaans.
Will it survive hail, heat and load shedding?
It's designed for South African farm conditions — solar powered with a battery backup so it keeps reporting through outages and overcast spells, in a weather-resistant housing.
How do you handle my personal information?
