1. Service Agreement

By using Real Hey I's monitoring services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided "as is" for agricultural monitoring purposes in South Africa.

2. Service Description

Real Hey I provides IoT-based equipment monitoring services including:

• 24/7 equipment monitoring with 100km+ wireless range
• SMS and app notifications for alerts
• Professional installation and setup
• 2-5 year warranty on hardware (depending on plan)
• Technical support during business hours

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate farm and equipment information
• Maintain power supply to monitoring equipment
• Report technical issues promptly
• Allow access for installation and maintenance
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Liability Limitation

While Real Hey I strives for 99.9% uptime and accurate monitoring, we cannot guarantee prevention of all equipment failures. Our liability is limited to the cost of the monitoring service for the period affected. Users remain responsible for their equipment maintenance and backup systems.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Installation and hardware costs are included in package prices. Monthly or annual monitoring fees apply after initial setup period. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty

Hardware warranty periods vary by plan (2-5 years). Warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage from misuse, environmental factors, or accidents. Software and monitoring services are provided "as is" without warranty.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Early termination may incur fees. Upon termination, you must return all hardware or pay replacement costs.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and trademarks remain the property of Real Hey I. You receive a non-exclusive license to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
